Tom Horn Gaming | Compliance and Legal Specialist

Keep up-to-date with regulatory developments in the rapidly evolving igaming industry
Participate in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compliance programmes
Maintain and organise compliance documentation and records
Ensure timely responses to upcoming requests from clients, regulatory authorities, etc.
Prepare documents and lists/catalogues/files for general contract templates and individual arrangements as needed
Draft plain legal documents and communication letters with third parties
Make appropriate notifications to authorities regarding relevant notifiable changes
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and update compliance policies accordingly
Oversee customer onboarding and KYC/CDD verification
Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops on compliance-related topics
Respond to compliance inquiries and provide support to various departments as needed

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a compliance role is preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with an igaming industry experience being a plus
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance management software
Fluent in English, with the ability to understand and compose legal documents in English
Based in Europe and able to work remotely
