Marketing Manager

Job Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to position our brand as an industry leader, attract new clients, and nurture existing partnerships. You will oversee multiple marketing channels, manage campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging content, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media assets.
  • Manage brand reputation and public relations efforts.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (affiliate marketing, social media, email, influencer marketing)
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance partner retention and lifetime value through personalised promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, streamers and influencers.
  • Track and optimise affiliate marketing performance to maximise ROI.
  • Create community-driven campaigns to enhance player interaction and brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated on advertising restrictions and regulatory changes in target markets.

Your Background & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming, betting, or casino industry dynamics.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Google Analytics, affiliate networks, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to iGaming marketing is a plus.
