Your Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Lead and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Frequent Client Visits: Travel extensively to conduct regular in-person meetings, building stronger connections and fostering trust
  • Support & Problem Solving: Offer advice and technical support on a wide range of client queries, from business-related to technical concerns, handling escalations where necessary
  • Timely Product Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of our iGaming products to clients, coordinating with internal teams to address any issues promptly
  • Performance Tracking: Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including sales results and growth forecasts
  • Cross-Team Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of client requests
  • Brand Ambassador: Help enhance our brand visibility and contribute positively to our company’s reputation in the market
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the iGaming industry to provide clients with relevant insights

 

Your Background & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key/Senior Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in the iGaming sector
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-level staff
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and trends within the iGaming industry
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with advanced fluency in English
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a results-driven, remote working environment
